Kunshan Aluminum Material Selection

Consumers should pay attention to the following points when selecting and using Kunshan aluminum materials:

1. Check the Kunshan aluminum material factory certificate, paying attention to the factory date, specifications, technical conditions, enterprise name, and production license number.

2. Carefully inspect the surface condition of Kunshan aluminum products. The products should have bright colors, good luster, and no obvious scratches, bubbles, or other defects on the surface.

3. Be sure to pay attention to the wall thickness of Kunshan aluminum products, and the thickness of door and window materials should not be less than 1.2mm.

4. Pay attention to the thickness of the surface coating of Kunshan aluminum products. The film thickness of anodized products should not be less than 10 μ m, the film thickness of electrophoretic paint products should not be less than 17 μ m, and the coating thickness of powder spraying should not exceed the range of 40-120 μ m. Fluorocarbon paint spraying products should be at least two coats and not less than 30 μ m.

5. For users in coastal areas, it is recommended to choose electrophoretic painted aluminum profiles, powder coated aluminum profiles, or fluorocarbon coated profiles with good corrosion resistance.
